Yoga & soundbath in the tipi
Join us to unwind with a gentle yoga flow followed by a sound bath using crystal and Tibetan bowls and gongs. After we will have some reflextion time around the fire where we will write down what it is we need to let go of and release it into the fire. Hot drinks and sweet treats provided. Please bring warm cloths and a blanket.
